The beauty of the Elements business model is its simplicity. Massage. It’s all we do. And we emphasize customization of each massage to fit the specific needs of our clients. And in providing customized and truly therapeutic massage therapy, our goal is to attract members which results in recurring revenue for our Franchisees.
Elements Business Model Highlights:
- We provide a variety of massage therapy modalities to our clients who are primarily seeking pain relief, stress reduction and an overall wellness benefit. The consumer need is big - a majority of Americans suffer from back pain, other muscle pain and routine stress, which are the primary reasons people seek their first massage.
- Our service-based business is based on building recurring monthly revenue by building the client membership base. Membership in the “wellness program” provides an opportunity for clients to receive a monthly massage at a discount to normal walk-in rates. Our members pay a monthly fee (typically $55 - $59 per month) which entitles them to one 55-minute massage session each month. In addition to the price discount advantage, membership in the Wellness Program also provides the health benefits of regular massage sessions. The resulting recurring revenue stream helps achieve sustained growth and stabilize the business over time.
- The therapeutic benefits of our massage therapy ideally align us for referral partnerships with chiropractors, physical therapists and OB/GYN physicians. This is another powerful form of client recruitment.
