Adam Passarelli is the Vice President of Marketing at Elements Massage and has been with the company since July 2016. At Elements, he works with franchise owners to develop strong marketing plans and helps develop the company’s overall marketing strategy. He was instrumental in launching the company’s national digital managed marketing program which centralized digital marketing efforts for franchise owners and improved efficiencies.
Prior to Elements, he spent five years working for the fast casual concept, Smashburger, as the Senior Director of Marketing. At Smashburger, he was critical in helping both corporate and franchise restaurants grow same-store-sales and build awareness. During his time, he saw the business grow from 100 to 350 restaurants. Adam started his career at Northwestern Mutual Capital as a Private Equity Analyst and also spent a year working directly for the CEO of the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company as his Special Projects Analyst. Adam graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Business majoring in finance.
