This investment includes your franchise fee, build-out costs, equipment, initial marketing, and working capital to support your first months of operation. Franchise Fee

A $40,000 franchise fee is part of the initial investment, which grants you exclusive territory rights and immediate access to our proven business systems. This one-time investment includes comprehensive training for you and your team, our proprietary operational procedures, and ongoing support from our experienced franchise development team.

You'll also receive our complete marketing toolkit and brand guidelines that have helped establish Elements Massage as a trusted name in therapeutic massage.

Recurring Fees

Your ongoing investment in the Elements Massage system includes these monthly fees:

Royalty Fees: 6% of gross receipts
Brand Marketing Fund: 2% of gross receipts (subject to our right to increase)
Local Advertising Fee: $2,000 per month (subject to our right to increase)

Multi-Unit Development Opportunities

Elements Massage also offers area development agreements for entrepreneurs interested in opening multiple studio locations within a designated territory. The development fee structure is scaled based on the number of studios you commit to develop, ranging from $80,000 for two studios to $15,000 per studio for developments of 10 or more locations.

Most area developers commit to developing three to five studios, with development fees ranging from $75,000 to $125,000. While you'll need to sign individual franchise agreements for each location, no additional initial franchise fees are required beyond the development fee.
