Franchise Fee
Your franchise journey begins with the initial franchise fee of $40,000*, which grants you the rights to operate under our brand and access our proven business systems. This lump sum payment, due upon signing your franchise agreement, provides comprehensive training, ongoing operational support, and access to the trusted Elements Massage name that has become synonymous with therapeutic massage nationwide.
Recurring Fees
Success in the franchise business requires ongoing investment in brand excellence and support systems. Elements Massage franchisees pay these recurring fees:
- Royalty Fees: 6%* of gross receipts
- Brand Marketing Fund: 2%* of gross receipts (subject to our right to increase)
- Local Advertising Fee: $2,000* per month (subject to our right to increase)

Growing Your Investment
What Shop Model is Right for Me?
Elements Massage offers two paths to ownership: our Traditional Shop model and our newer Value Engineering Shop model, launched in 2025. Value Engineering streamlines the opening process and lowers costs in several categories — reflected in the lower end of the investment range above — based on the nine franchised Shops that opened, or were opening, under this model in 2025, along with our broader industry experience. We expect most new franchisees to open using the Value Engineering model, though some may choose, or be required, to use the Traditional model instead. Either way, you'll get the same proven systems, training, and ongoing support.
Multi-Unit Development Opportunities
Elements Massage also offers area development agreements for entrepreneurs interested in opening multiple studio locations within a designated territory. The development fee for three studios is $75,000*.
Most area developers commit to developing a minimum of three studios. Additional information can be found in the current franchise disclosure document. While you'll need to sign individual franchise agreements for each location, no additional initial franchise fees are required beyond the development fee.
